    Intro

    Beginnings can be rough. Set aside 15 minutes to sit with yourself (or in a group) and notice a few things then write in a journal about it.

    What you will write is for you. You will not be asked to share it. Any sharing you choose to do is voluntary.

    I wrote a housekeeping post about this account and this project. This exercise will have you read it out loud and notice any of your thoughts, feelings, body sensations, experiences, memories, etc. that show up as you read.
